Passey-Bond has grown to be one of the largest independent insurance agencies in metropolitan Phoenix. It is a fourth generation agency founded in 1935 by Bill Passey and Bill Bond. After WW II, Jim Passey joined the agency and in the early 1960's purchased the interests of the two founding partners.

Jim's dedication and work ethic allowed the agency to enjoy steady growth. That growth was compounded with the addition of Bill and David Passey in the early 1970's. In 2004, David's son Ryan joined the Passey-Bond team to continue a family tradition
