In the early 1990s, Zywave, Inc. spawned from one firm commitment to grow in the wake of change. Factors such as health care reform, carrier and broker consolidation, rising health care costs and the rapid progression of technology led to the development of a Professional Services Group dedicated to advancement through technology and information. The value-added service concepts pioneered by this team became Zywave foundation.
